Suitable for all stages of pregnancy and fitness levels as the water provides a safe and comfortable medium to exercise in.
Our classes can offer relief from a variety of conditions like backache, pelvic girdle pain and the relaxation exercises give you a deep connection with your bump.

And because we recommend you keep coming in your last few weeks of pregnancy to prepare for birth, our mums-to-be enjoy free baby swim classes if baby does decide to come early.
No previous yoga experience or the ability to swim is required for our aqua classes. All of our teachers are qualified in pre and postnatal aqua and will guide you through your baby’s development, adapting any exercises to suit your growing bump.
