We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

Internal record keeping

Current swimmers receive newsletters about our classes and other related information via booking contact details. This information is kept as a secure electronic file is only shared within our swim school for the period of your enrolment. We keep in touch with you for a period of six months after leaving and your enrolment information is held for tax purposes for a period of 7 years. We do not pass your information onto any third party. From time to time also send out our newsletter updates which you are welcome to opt-out of.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.


We do not store or hold card or payment data and all our external payment services are protected through Cardsave security systems.

How we use cookies
