Our pre and postnatal aqua-natal classes are recommended by midwives as they prepare your mind and body for birth and recovery. 

They are a unique combination of gentle cardio, yoga stretches and breathing exercises. You will love floating any pregnancy worries and niggles away in our supported classes where you can relax, share with others and make friends.

Suitable for all stages of pregnancy and fitness levels as the water provides a safe and comfortable medium to exercise in. Our classes can offer a relief from a variety of conditions like back ache, pelvic girdle pain and the relaxation exercises gives you a deep connection with your bump. In fact, the earlier you start, research shows the lighter you can birth.

And because we recommend you keep coming in your last few weeks of pregnancy to prepare for birth, our mums-to-be to enjoy free baby swim classes if baby does decide to come early.

No previous yoga experience or the ability to swim is required for all of our aqua classes. All our teachers are qualified in pre and postnatal aqua and are will guide you through your baby’s development, adapting any exercises to suit your growing bump.

I did Aqua Tums in the weeks leading up to my little boys birth and it was so relaxing! The breathing exercises really helped with my labour too! I’d definitely recommend this to mums to be! Now we are booked on for baby splashers only this time Dad will be in the water.
